The Society was founded and registered in the year 2016. The vision of this society is the holistic advancement of scientific knowledge and research in relation to Biological Engineering in all its basic and applied aspects so as to develop professional skills for industrial scale operation. We derive immense pleasure in announcing that the 4th Annual Conference of the Biological Engineering Society, BESCON-2022 will be held from the 4th to 6th November, 2022, at Bose Institute, Kolkata, West Bengal. BESCON-22 will feature plenary/keynote/invited talks, oral & poster presentations in the areas of Bioprocess Engineering, Genome & Metabolic Engineering, Systems & Synthetic Biology, Protein Engineering, Biomaterials & Biomedical Engineering, Biorefineries for Biofuels & Biorenewables and Sustainable Development. It will be a platform to share and show-case one’s research findings among the peers in the field from industry and academia. It will also be a good networking platform for the academics, company professionals and research students to interact and discuss on prospective collaborations and idea translation.
